Hello everyone! i am only 18 but fish have recently became a very huge infatuation of mine for some reason. I have a 20 gallon tank with a filter that i decided to test out that i found online called the Hi- Q Complete Filtering system, due to the fact that at first my parents thought i would be lazy and irresponcible with my fish, and this filtering system is supposed to make it so i have to do no water changes this was one of the only reasons they let me get one. http://www.hiq-usa.com/ this is the website, id love for anyones comments on it. Seeing as though im a novice and i didnt read up on anything before i set this up i overstocked the tank with 18 fish and destroyed the cycling i just did, and found that my fish no have ick. I find myself sort of mad at this filtering system becuase i have gone above and beyond in wanting to get my hands wet and be very involved. i am constantly doing reasearch and plan on renovating the tank to make it perfect for a Blue Ram and any info on that would be great! I also have 10 gallon tank which im currently cycling out which will for my betta bacchus.
