If i have a breeding pair of guppies with feeders, and the guppies breed, will the goldfish eat the babies?

Yes...unless you provide adequate cover for the fry, but even then the goldfish will manage to eat a couple fry

Yes. They most likely will. they are oppurtunistic eaters and will view the fry as live food.
