quick help please

i've just noticed a lump on the head of one of my common goldies in the pond. its the same size as it's eye and it is just above his right eye. it is greenish in colour bit like a cyst or spot.

has anybody any idea what it is?

and what to do about it?

looking at the fish closer it looks like their is something in his right nostrill.

what could it be?
