Quikrete play sand invert safe?

Don't wash your sand next to a concrete slab like the guy in the video. Done often enough it will erode the soil under the slab and it will crack.

I found that pouring water into your tank on top of pie tins set ontop of the sand helps a great deal with the initial cloudiness in the tank. In fact, the last time I did this, my tank cleared almost completely in about three hours.

@dbosman, REALLY?! I never knew, no one has ever told me that lol

The pie pan idea is pretty cool too. I washed the sand out in a bucket its sitting there so now I just gotta put it in. Is there any specific way to do it or just pour the sand out of the bucket and smooth it out ?
