Rainbow Cichlid

Thanks Jessica.. Sub I completely understand and agree with what you are saying, these fish are great and are beautiful in breeding color and are under appreciated.. Def a cool fish..
 
In my club, demand for them waxes and wanes. Right now, I've got 30 or so juveniles and am having a hard time getting rid of them. A year ago, they were in vogue.

I agree its a hit or miss with them in my club as well, I am shooting for BAP standings and these guys are easy to breed..
 
Well you can shoot some of those my way Mike. Always debated whether or not to get those. I was like 2 years ago but decided not to. Was to far of a drive 4 hours round trip and gas prices were at there highest so that was a no go. I can setup a tub for some babies till I get my tanks.
 
Yeah she ate the eggs they all turned white on her so maybe next time..
 
Yeah she was cleaning the same spot so i would expect eggs again soon..
 
Yeah i need to fatten her up a bit, the male is ready but of course she needs to rebuild her egg girth..
