I have a medium size rainbow shark with 5 medium size tiger barbs in a 10gal tank. There have never been any problems with the fish, but today the shark has gone mad. He keeps the barbs all pined up in the top corner. Some of the barbs are hiding under the Hang on Back fillter parts. If one of the barbs moves the shark is right on it chasing it around the tank. I have a 29 gal that contains 2 small blood parrots. I could possibly put the shark, or barbs in with them. Or I have a 55 gal that has 3 angel fish in it with 3 loaches. I know not to put the barbs in with the angels but could the shark go in with the angels and the loaches, or should I try to find another home for the shark??

Yur shark is flipping out because the tank you have him in is about 4 times too small for their needs.

what kind of loaches? I would say do what you need to get him out of the 10 gallon.... it's way too small for him. You might be ok with the loaches..... just make sure there's a nice cave for him there so he can chill out..... keep an eye on him too.....
I figured the 10 would be too small for all of them when they reached full size but he's only like 3 maybe 4 inches long. The loaches are clown loaches.
