yup i know about the poor kissers the lfs told me they would not get too big , and one year latter still about the same size i will trade them when they get bigger if they do the poor guys were in a 10 gal for 6 months so i don't know i would say one is 4-5 inches the other 3 inches. so more barbs although all the barbs hang out together and the tetra hangs with the danios i got him from my grandmas tank (10g) he kept nipping but is fine in the 55

we are the question kinda split a little,
if you want to do loaches do kuhlis or chain botias, they are much better choices.

oh yeah defenetly but i was thinking they were the same as the rainbow shark i had seen the rainbows and was all "wow nice fish" hadn't seen them so colorful before.

Sharks are tough customers, Ive got a redtail shark and a black shark in an otherwise all cichlid tank. They are not messed with. Specially the black shark
