Rainbow with ich

Just as I thought everything was going well........
Today I noticed one of our threadfin rainbow females has ich spots on her. I want to use the heat/salt cure for it....what I need to know is how much salt, how often. It's a 20 gallon tank.

What all do you have in the tank with the threadfin(s) and how many?

3 threadfins (2 females, 1 male) and 3 cories.

Be very carefull. Cory's are extremely sensitive to salt.
