Raising my Evil Shrimpire!!! HA ha ha!!!

Should be sweet man, but those racks scare me. You sure they can safely hold all that weight? I'd hate to come home to a collapsed rack full of 3 ruined tanks one day.

that rack is rated for 320# per shelf...
I figure a full 20 is about half of that...

Is that rack made for aquariums? That seems like a lot of weight for something that may not be designed to handle it. Also, the tall/thin combo looks like a tipping hazard.

If you figure 8-10 pounds a gallon, you're looking at 480-600 pounds.

water is 8# per gallon. 20 gallons would be 160# plus the tank, and the gravel & plants might put it at 200#

The rack is rated at 300# per shelf. thats another 100# per shelf than its current load. I had a 37 gal tank in one of these shelves for nearly a year with no problems, and I dont anticipate any with these 20's

I can't wait for the shrimpire to unfold!!! Looking really nice Zigman!!! You gotta get those 40s up man!!

I think the 20g is THE perfect size tank.
