:laugh: lol... altho I did have a really slow bamboo shrimp that would get ramshorn hitchhikers occasionally. Now that's a lazy snail!
Sorry OP not trying to derail here, anyway-- there's a pic on one of these forums with a ram looking right at a RCS and allegedly that ram doesn't touch the shrimp, but I would guess this is more of the exception not the rule for rams and shrimp. rams are awesome, but not sure I'd trust them with shrimp unless you ahve a huge colony in a big heavily planted tank with nooks and crannies and don't mind losing some anyway.
