Rams in an 8 Biocube

See I would have thought that too but I have a friend that has had this set up for over a year and all three are/appear to be happy. They are always swimming around and coming up to the glass to say hello.

Maybe they are actually saying: "Help me! I'm going out of my mind swimming circles in this tiny tank!"
:evil_lol:

But, seriously, it's so hard to say whether our fish--any of our fish--are "happy." If I saw someone keeping any other animal in a tiny cage and never letting it out to roam around, I'd feel sorry for the animal. And, of course, in their natural habitats, few fish confine themselves to spaces as small as those in which we keep them.
So, instead of assuming my fish are "happy" just because they're swimming around in what little room they have and my water quality is ok, I'd rather err on the side of caution and give them the biggest tank possible, within reason. After all, they'll be spending a lot of time in it. :)

Way to small! Go with at least a 20 gallon tank. You may be able to squeeze a pair in a 15 gallon with a few cories though. Don't go under 15 gallons.

i have a pair in my 28gal and i think its too small for them so an 8gal for 3 is a no-no.
