Ramshorn temperature

I've got a few terrapins and since snails occupy a part of their diet I wanted to breed a few species.
The temperature in my room is 5-7°C so it's not a problem for Physa sp. but what about ramshorn snails?
Should i move them under my aquarium,the temperature is 10-15°C?
I don't need them to reproduce in winter because I hibernate the terrapins.

Ramshorns can live in alot of conditions.

I have them in unheated tanks, and even in my discus tank at 86F

Yes- they will be fine at room temp and such.

I dont know. Mine are at 19-21 degrees celsius. Are these snails outside? or is your home that cold?

I agree, thats verrry cold! i couldnt sleep in a room that cold. anyway- since you dont want them to breed, you can keep them in that temp

agree with all of the above

If you don't want them to breed during winter just ease off the feedings and keep the light off

the more algae and waste in the tank the more they will breed to compensate

and heck if they do breed throughout winter...MOAR FOOOOOOOOD!
