Question: Should the Bettas in the 20 long get any tank mates? I was thinking of loaches or micro rasboras. Oh yeah, there's also four Amanos in the tank, but I rarely see them.

Hard to say, you don't want to take from the visual appeal of the Bettas. Could try Rosy Loaches?

Rosy loaches come to mind.. so do green neon rasboras.

Forgot to mention that I may end up adding more Bettas to that setup.

I may end up getting some dwarf rasboras or strawberry rasboras for the 20 long.
