rare pleco

Any fish thats on a banned export list i always feel it would be good to breed in the home aquaria. Theres a reason why they are banned. Id love to get a group of zebra plecos to breed. But as it stands im starting out with my bns and seeing how that goes before i move onto anything else.

i could get a small royal at the local lfs for around 35$ but they get to big im not usre about spending 4000 on a pleco. thanks though.

What about a Gold Nugget placo? Although they are not that rare, they look cool and cost around 25-30 dollars. I am told they will get 3-4 inches long.

No, gold nugget plecos (L177) can grow to 8".

eh generally rare but if you look hard enough you can find em.

Not that hard, I have a small one I purchased for about $18
