2... The smoking baby, to me, represents the disregard for our safety and longevity as a society. We haphazardly light up cigarettes(and other pollutants) not really understanding the repercussions of our ignorance. The fact that a baby is smoking has, in fact, significant symbolism about the early death of our planet and its inhabitants... for a quick summary.
And on second thought, I give the snake a 3 for clarity.
