RCA mp3 player

I wish I could afford a dell mp3 player but they are about $250 bucks  but they are probably good quality and I like there tehnical support and my computer is a dell and I have had it for about a year and I have had no major problems with it.

I have a Palm. It works perfectly. Games, calander, address, mic, music, etc...what else can you ask for! Its cheeper than a iPod and with a 1gig SD card you have 1/4 of what the mini iPod has. Buy 4 cards and there you go :)
Now that sounds versatile..
:)

I use a Dell Axim. Much like the Palm it does everything as well. Plus mine has 2 card slots so I can potentially run 2 gigs of music if I wanted to at one time, all the while playing backgammon and being told I have a dentist appointment. And heck I can even watch movies on it.

I love my palm- I haven't used it as an mp3 yet but it's excellent with everything else. My husband has an ipod and he loves it. That Iriver sounds pretty nifty- I have never heard of one but my voice recorder will probably have to be replaced in a year or so- how long can you record on one of those? When you download the files to the computer are they in the MP3 format?

thanks Joe- those are really cool- so Wildiana when you say you use it to record sermons and lectures are these things that you are doing as a dictation or are you in class and in church recording- if it's the latter how is it on picking up background noise?

it has 3 types of recording, park, office and lecture. the lecture will stop rec. once the person stops speaking, then starts again once the person starts speaking again, the park mode filters out background noise.
its a pretty great piece of machine.
