Ok I start by saying I don't have a lot of experience with shrimp behavior, so maybe I'm reading to much into this, it just may be a defense mechanism for them but I still think it's cool. I noticed the RCS had no fear of me stick my hand in the tank an mess with plants and would sit there waving there tentacles. Of course not to be stared down I decided to duel the RCS with my finger and after a few strikes it jump on my finger

I'm embarrassed to say my reflex was to jump as if had just touch something hot...LOL So I did it again and it just hung out on my finger and stayed on even as pulled my hand closer to the surface. I've since repeated it they just seem to graze on skin like they do on other objects all day long but I don't feel anything.

Weird but it's taken my relationship to another level as far as bonding is concerned...

Yeah mine are nosy little guys have to be on me or my chop sticks when I am rescaping the tanks. I added some new decorations last night and I had to shoo them away long enough to put it down and tuck some moss into it. LOL gotta love them, they are comical.
