RCS deaths, any insight?

Typically every week but there have been times it's lapsed beyond that. Never more than two weeks.

In my opinion, most shrimp or fish death happens after a water change due to sudden changes of ph and other water parameters, i would do no more than 20%(the actual water in the tank) water change a week.
