I don't think there's enough Algae for my shrimp.
So if the tank doesn't have enough algae to feed the red cheery shrimp and Otto catfish how often should i put in some food for them?

Depends on how many shrimp you have.

I would feed them every other day for starters...
If the food dissappears quickly, maybe then you can feed them more often.
I feed them an algae wafer and they shredded that alot quicker then usual so I'll feed them alittle of the crab & lobser bites today and try to feed the otto's since they seem to be looking for food right now.
thanks.

A chunk of raw zucchini weighted down with a fork will last a day or more, otos & shrimp love it!
