I have a 5 inch reddevil in a 29gallon .He has a aquaclear (200) 50 gallon filter, because she is a messy eater. In 2 months i want to put him in a 75 gallon with another small reddevil.will 2 more months be to late before she stunts. Also would two aquaclear(200) 50 gallon filters be enough filtertraion for two reddevils.and should i add sand for subtrate

The RD will be fine for two more months, only if! . . .
You make sure that water is pristine, I would test every three days and do maintenance as needed.
This tank is IMO underfiltered, with large cichlids . . . Even in ideal tank sizes. . . . turnover is usually recommended at 10x per hour for HOB filters.
This of course answers you filtration question on the 75gal/two RD proposal.
"No, two AC200's would not suffice." May I suggest two AC500's aka 110's as adequate filtration for a 75gal with a large cichlid(s).

Now as to the question of two RD's in 75gal . . .
It may be do'able, but not likely. Why? Territorial aggression.
I personally would only keep one RD in 75gal, two would IMO require atleast a 100gal + tank and that the fish find each other tolerable as tankmates.

thanks any more advice
