Re-occuring Columnaris on 2 Mollies.

Well, when I woke up today and cut on the tank lights I took some pictures and noticed that there weren't any white patches on the Mollies. However, I'm still on the iffy side about the Guppy since it's tail sometimes hangs down as if the fish were tired.

Even though the white tufts have cleared, I still feel that like you said that there may be some underlying issue here.

Here are some pictures of them anyway. Note the guppy is laying on the bottom because I just turned the tank light on.

I just dealt with columnaris with 10 mollies and a handful of guppies.

I am down to 5 mollies, and lost 7 or 8 guppies All in 2 days.

This is what I did...

I removed the infected mollies at the first sign of any patching or cloudy eyes etc. I put them in my hospital tank and treated them with Melafix for one week. The 2 mollies cleared up. Since i didnt want to treat my main tank as 2 of my other mollies are pregnant. I just watched them every few hours for any signs as well as the guppies.

In the main tank I started to supplement their food with garlic which helps boost the immune system and will entice fish to eat. I would also do large water changes every 2 days to promote good water clarity. All the fish are doing great, the tow mollies are still in the holding tank. They have shown no signs of illness for the past 3 days.
