Now that the title got you to read this those who have fought ich and won... Here is my plan after reading the Ich Article. Last Night I move the heater up a few degrees and then again this mornig I moved it up 2 more degrees. I should be at 84 by the time I get back from Church. I will then add 1 tsp for every gallon of water in the tank roughly 48 tsp 50 g tank but not filled all the way to top. maybe less I will do the math later. I will use tank water to mix the salt and then siphon through a 1/4 air tube or just pur a cup in at a time. Would either way work? Looks like I have signs on 2 fish so far so I am hoping for good turn out. I just did a water change yesterday and changed around 12.5 gallons or 25%. My readings were good. I will check the board after church before I do anything else so If I got the article wrong please correct me or if you have anymore advice or this sounds good let me know. This is my first and hopefully last match with ICH.

I wouldn't add less than your planned 48 tsp. The article says 1-3 tsp per gallon, better to be a bit over 1 than take the chance of not having enough. I would aim more for the 2 tsp per gallon, but that's just personal preference and what I've used in my quarantine tanks in the past.

That's what I was told and what I used also. It worked great for me!!!!!! Good Luck..........

Ok so I got the salt in and the temp up.... Now should I wait two weeks until my next water change if my water levels stay stable?
