Readings and Anenome Crabs

I would wait a couple more days, but that's just me and my paranoid self.
 
I'm now confused as to whether or not my cycle is complete. My Nitrates have been at 0 for over a week and my Nitrite is o (IMO) Is my cycle not complete until my Nitrates rise?

You may have missed the nitrite rise, have you done any PWC's?? If not I would go to the LFS and have them test your water as you should have some nitrate after the cycle. Is your test kit defective/out of date??? Did you accidentally leave the cap off one night or drop it in the tank?? All of these thing will affect the reading, not saying anything bad just some new guys don't think like this.
