as many have already said, low light plants generally do not require additional fertilizers or CO2. As long as you do water changes (25-50%) at least once a week, your tap water will replenish the nutrients they need. Just make sure the plants are living and stay healthy. Prune off any dying parts otherwise they will rot and add to the ammonia/nitrite/nitrate in your tank.
