anyone know any cool looing shrimp, crawdads, or lobsters. i have seen some cool one but wonder if anyone would suggest some. or some large snails

Just take a look around in the invert forum. They are cool IMO! Are you looking to start an invert tank?
I'd highly recommend looking into aquiring Macrobrachium species of shrimp. I've been keeping a handful of different species for three to four years now, and am still planning on purchasing more.
They are a little more difficult to find, but display much more personality than most of the dwarf species of shrimp. They tend to have a social hierarchy, with a dominate male in charge. Some species have dominate males, sub-dominate males, and then sub-sub-dominate (I guess the peon class).
Do research as some species (such as M. rosengergii) require a very large tank, and are extremely aggressive.
In the next month I'll start selling Macrobrachium kulsiense, along with M. dayanum, as that population has recently reached critical mass (they are slow reproducing, but live long lives).

So many shrimp, so little time! The "sand shrimp" looks facinating, let me know when you have some available, hopefully next month. Stupid gas prices have left us broke this month.
Be careful with crayfish, you can't put a lot else in a tank with them (they'll eat your plants, fish, shrimp, snails, etc) depending on the species. But some of the more mild species and dwarfs are interesting if you want to take the chance (like Cajun Dwarfs, CPOs, CP sp. Shocko, Marbled, Appalachians). As for shrimp, Bamboos, Cherries, Tigers, Bumbles, etc are really neat looking. But as always, require some research before you purchase anything. And lobsters are strictly marine, so be careful of that... you can't mix species between freshwater, brackish and salt.
