Rearranging a 10g

I need to do something creative here with some fairly uncreative objects. I have a 10 gallon that contains as follows:
3 fake, medium green plants
1 fair sized volcanic rock
black/blue stones
fake breeding grass
possible anacharis if necessary
heater
whisper filter
It holds:
5 zebra danios
3 fancy guppies
3 neon tetras

Any suggestions on how to spruce this up from the boring tank it is now?
