Well I wound up buying the 24" 36W fixture + extra bulb that webcricket recommended and it arrived today! I chose the 36W because I'm still learning about planted tanks and low light plants with no CO2 seems like it would be a better way to go for now. I'm very excited to get it set up but won't have time to play with it until the weekend.
I took it out of the box to check it out and it looks like I will have to unscrew one of the sides to open it up so I can replace the bulb. Is this correct? It did not come with any instructions for replacing the bulb.
