I recently got a 24g Nanocube DX for JBJ which comes with 2 36 watt 50/50 CF lamps. I was wondering what type of corals I could keep under this light. Also is this considered low light, medium light, or high light? I was planning on ordering LR from TBS which has lots of corals on them but I'm not sure if this is enough lighting. Anyhow, some recommendations of stuff that will live without upgrading would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

green kenya tree, xenia, mushrooms, frogspawn and hammer (place them up high) some polyps. not sure but maybe a brain. colt coral and some type of monti.
Im pretty sure about these because i had them under my 24 watt t-5s before switching to the 110watt pcs. the only thing i have added since the switch is a candy can and the brain.

So since I have 2 36 watt PC lamps, does this mean I have 72 watts total or does it not work that way? If so that would mean I have about 3 watts per gallon?

What are some newbie corals that require no feeding other than trace elements and stuff. I'm not sure I want to get into something where I have to place food on the corals yet.

you got it with the watts. the only thing in my tank that i have to feed is the brain. otherwise i add some phyto once in a while. Most corals in my tank use photosynthesis but some do well with the extra food.
