recommended lighting for a 20 gal

Howdy

I am going to turn my 20 gal into a low to med light planted tank. I dont want to go crazy just yet, but I need to get a new light fixture. Does anyone have any recommendations of what type of light fixture to get? Brand/watts? What about if i add a diy co2? At what wpg do you become a High light tank?

philips 6500k daylight bulbs have turned my 20 gal into a jungle with no co2
