I got a bunch from Ebay for cheap a couple years ago. I couldn't get them to grow well though.

ha, i was lucky enough to visit south florida 
i could never keep them in the tank, so i stuck em in the HOB. they would drop their leaves, and then grow new ones, then do it all over. bout it, i had them for a year and a half, didnt grow an inch. i transplanted them to my pond to see if they would grow, died in a week. odd plants

What was the temp in the pond, but at the same time they might not have gotten enough light in your aquarium, since they are a tropical tree btw.
I just ordered 20 white mangrove seeds off of Ebay. Going to give it another shot. For $9 landed cost for 20 seeds, it's an acceptable risk. I also have a 5g tank that I didn't have before to start them in.
