I bought a java fern, a small grassy plant, and a red ozelot for my 6 gallon eclipse tank w/ a biowheel and a fluorescent light. The ozelot seems like every few days a new leave starts turning a pale red color like it's dying. I haven't even taken it out of the little pot yet because my LFS suggested that I let it get used to the conditions first. I also noticed a small hole in 2 or 3 different leaves.
Any explanations? I have fluorite, a biowheel (which has a pretty mild current) and a fluorescent light with a betta and 2 amano shrimp. I hope it isn't dying, I love how it blends w/ everything in my tank. Thanks for the help.
