Red Shrimp & German Blue Ram?

I have driftwood in my tank and he loves it. Actually, you can see the driftwood in the in the pictures of him. I can not see any whiskers on him what so ever, which is what has made me iffy about what the lfs told me. I tried the recommended grape and he has yet to even check it out. Usually any time I put something in he immediately comes swimming over to check my hand to see what I have--but not with the grape. I figured I'd leave it in there for a while and see what happens. The Corys seem fascinated by is, but they are fascinated by anything. LoL

You just made my day! Thanks for that input, CChase!

I also think a single blue ram is fine in a 10 gallon, and I agree with the above post that your pleco ought to be fine with the paradise fish. Paradise fish are often aggressive towards other fish that are similar to them (gouramis, bettas), the pleco shouldn't interest him too much.

By the way, I think I've read blue rams require about 82-84 degrees, not 85-88.

Optimal temp. for Rams is 86 degrees F. It's best to keep them with other fish from that biotope that like those high temps. like Cardinal Tetras.
