I've been out of the loop for some time,
but I just wanted to finish up this thread. The praziquantel worked quite well and, owing to the mysterious nature of time and fate, I took the healthy barbs back to the lfs because I wanted a more community oriented tank. It's amazing how much you can't do w/barbs in the tank. But thanks all for the input. I now have some praziquantel in with my fish stuff in case it happens again.
