Here is a picture of what I believe it is a sword of some sort.
The leafs are starting to get to be around 10" - 12" !! Awesome, but what are the red marks on the leafs? Is it a deficiency of a mineral?

no, it doesn't wipe off. It is within the growth of the leaf.
I am dosing flourish, flourish excel, flourish potassium every 2nd day.

It looks like a type of Echinodorus Sword plant. Maybe cordifolius, macrophyllus or osiris. They all require bright light. All like iron. The cordifolius version has reddish mottled leaves and the leaves of the osiris version have slightly red-brown color of new leaves. Not sure if this is what you are actually seeing. Try Googling the three types I mentioned and select images to help with identification. This image seems to display more of the deficiency you are describing, rather than a characteristic of one of the plants http://rybicky.net/obr/rostliny/76.jpg . I have not been able to locate information on the how the deficiency manifests itself. Although, yellow and brown are colors associated with plant problems, rather than red.

Thx. FishyFry!
I've looked and looked and Plantgeek seemed to have the plant that looks the most similar. The veins, leaf shape, spotted marks, etc. seem identical.
Here is the link to the leopard sword. http://www.plantgeek.net/plant-293.htm

sorry for the delay in posting.
I have been battling a co2 problem.
I've finally got it figured out.
yeh, since I've posted I can't believe this thing......I will take a picture to show you.....a new stem started to sprout and it is shooting right out of the tank! How big is this plant going to be?
the depth of the tank is 24" and the leaf is just starting to uncurl above the water and tank!
