Red Tailed black shark

VERY active swimmers though, which is why they need a larger tank. I wouldn't trust those labels, as they tend to vary store to store. I've seen pictus cats labels as 4" and others 12", and neon tetras at 1.5" and 2.5" That's a lot of variation.
 
I would even go as big as 6" being possible for a red-tail. The one in my 75 is probably 3" right now but at my LFS in their show tank they have a very large red-tail. I agree though, I would not trust the petco label at all.
