I found my Red-Wag "Anemonie" dead today. I'm wondering, should I change the water? If so, how much?

I think that the fish may have died because of a rubber lip pleco. The pleco was small (about 1.5 in) but I have a feeling that the pleco may have bullied my platy to it's death. Before that I don't think the Platy had any problems or signs of illness. I had only had the pleco for 2 days and it got really territorial. I returned it to the store to not risk any more fish lives.

Anyhow, should I do a water change?

Water readings are where:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
pH: 7.6
Temp: 78°

After the dead fish:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0.25
Nitrate: 5
pH: 7.9
Temp: 78°

I do a 25% water change weekly, but I thought my cycle had just been established so I was just about to change to twice in a month. Since my fish died, I'm gonna have to change it today, I think, right?

The tank is almost a month old.
