Red Zebra Acting weird

For the past few days one of the red zebra has been hiding eihter behind the heater or the intake pipe. Is it due to stress? I have been seeing that once in a while the other red zebra would chase it and then leave it alone. Both of them are around 2". How do I resolve this issue. Should I take one of them out? The water parameters are fine and the rest of the Cichlids are doing good.

. you resolve it by have a group of at least 4 red zebras ... one male and 3 or more females.
