reddish purple nerites?

i have some reddish purple nerites any thoughts?
you can see normal olive nerite with them so color is def not normal, not paint either.
ive seen almost black ones but never this kinda color before lol

its not paint or mud for sure, i tried scratching it off with my fingernail but wont budge. they have the nerite lines in them i can see to.
kinda like the terracota one i found last week pic below
it wont come off either.

Probably their diet that caused the color morph in the shells.
