reddish purple nerites?

Probably their diet that caused the color morph in the shells.

thats what i thought about the reddish colored one before
wonder what they could be eating thats red or purple?

I once mistook it as one. No, it's a snail, possibly Vittina sp.

Looking at the out-of-water pictures, they actually look dyed. Maybe there was something in the water where they were collected.
