Yep, I think so. Other than the fins, the blue markings on the tail pointed to it yesterday and seem even more so today.

Hmm, this site has some information on them on pg 16
I found just 2 places that sold them with a quick check, : $50, and the other was LA's Diver's Den but it sold so I had to look on the cached page where it was listed at $60.
