Reef Safe

are racoon, heniochus, auriga or yellow longnose butterfly fish safe to keep with mushroom corals or not? and of the ones that are safe, if any, which are the hardiest?

i'm not looking for a reef safe butterfly, i'm looking for one that will not eat mushroom corals

What fishieness is trying to say is that most Butterfly fish will eat coral any coral. Thats what he meant by not being reef safe. Mushroom corals are coral. Hence the Coral in the name.
