I've found good ones by going to that aquatic photography site from here. I have a really pretty ricordea one I can email you if you PM me your address. I forget where I got it, I think from that photography forum though.

Sounds good! I will pm you my address. I just can't seem to find good ones that would fit a large screen. Maybe I am just picky xD

Ah, rubbish! ;) If your camera doesn't work, find someone that has an 8 megapixel. I shoot with a Canon Digital Rebel XT, and at 8 megapixel set to the highest quality I might use 3 mb per shot, but the pic will fill a 22" LCD monitor just fine, and it's crystal clear. I say "rubbish" jokingly, because it's easy enough to find someone with a high-enough pixel camera to take a picture of YOUR tank. That's what you want to look at. Feel the pride! :D I have mine set to my Jeep on the Rubicon Trail... I'm tellin' ya, it brings fond memories every time my computer "wakes up." It wouldn't be the same if it was some other schmuck in HIS Jeep on ANY trail. ;)

When I worked at IBM I had a picture of Goodyear (my cowfish) where he was coming up to the glass. It looked like he was about to kiss ya right from the computer monitor. And there wasn't a cooler wallpaper around! :D :D If you take a macro-shot of something in your tank, you can blow it up just fine.... Now if you're using a 42" monitor, ya got me. ;) I know that on my 22" LCD it's crisp as can be.

Annette - is that pic of your blenny? That would make an awesome shot - ya'll have the best wallpaper subjects right in your tanks. And if you don't have, or don't know someone that does, an 8 mp camera that can help ya out, a protest must be staged. ;)

CPD- Such a cute picture! Thats a nice wallpaper to see when you need a laugh :)

Fish Wisperer- Sadly I don't know anyone who is interested in photography and has a decent camera. lol It is possible. I have never even heard anyone even brag about a camera or latest models. That concept was new to me until I started visiting fish forums. Then you see people saving up to buy cameras just to take a picture of their fish. I would probably do it too if I had that money to spare XD

isn't it amazing how the fish keeping hobby soon becomes a photography hobby as well? I'm currently campaigning for a new camera. :grinyes:

Fish Whisperer, yes, that is my scooter blenny and you inspired me and this pic is now my background!
