Hi Friends !

I got a few of these plants called Echinodorus amazonicus. The plants came in with the leaves removed as they were shipped internationally.

I have planted 5 stalks of these with a gap of an inch in between each plant in the background area. Is this ok and will the plants grow well, or should there be more space in between the plants ?

Kindly guide me...
Thanks and Regards
Kush

I personally would have gotten some pots and soil and planted them out of the water until they develop more. They grow a lot faster that way.

Hi there !

The stalks have started producing new leaves already... but is it ok that I have planted about 5 plants together (each about an inch apart) ?

These plants get huge. They will outgrow all but the largest tanks. You can stunt them somewhat by not using co2 and holding down nutrients. But even then they will outgrow most tanks.
