Remora C

Based upon the opinions of many people I have purchased a Remora C skimmer for my fish with a small amount of live rock.

Its been set up now for four days and although foam does come to the top of the overflow, the cup seems to fill mostly with water. Is this normal for the introduction of a skimmer or do I need to adjust the cup height?

If its just the break in period, can I dump the water back into the tank?

wait about 2 weeks for it to break it.

for cup height adjustment - the higher the cup, the dryer the foam. if the cup is lower, then the foam will be wetter and lighter-colored.
