I live in a small community in Northern British Columbia. The pet stores have never heard of Joe's juice. IS there a home made concoction that might work or another product that will get rid of apstasia?

Us in the Uk used standard lemon juice that you buy from the shop...or inject them with bioling water via a syringe...get it right inside the mouth for an awsome effect....i am sick, i know....

Just a word of caution on using lemon juice ... keep a watch on your PH when you start the lemon juice treatment. It rarely affects your PH due to the volume of water and the circulation, but it is always a good ided to keep a watch on it to make sure it remains stable :)

Cheers mate!

always best to try and get it directly inside the bu**gers mouth...i just done mine, it even coughed a little when it took it all in..I totaly agree with Yash here though, try to use as small ammount as possible...I had a few, i tried lemon on one and boiling water on the other...see which one kicks the bucket first..i know i am sick, i shall book myself at the docs soon.....promise...

There are a few on the market some what you feed are some that you inject all as good as each other i guess but if your having trouble getting hold of products then e-bay has them all at fairly cheap prices

I've used white vinegar, then switched to kalk paste. Now, we have a couple of peppermint shrimp that take care of the couple aiptasia that pop up every now and then. There's a few aiptasia in our sump that I just leave alone knowing the peppermint shrimp will eat any that start growing in the main tank. Free food for them...
