You can also dust the crickets and drop them in front of your turtle when feeding. It should eat them before the calcium powder washes off. I've been keeping and breeding many species of turtles for over 20 years now and I've never given them cuttlebone to gnaw on. I'm not saying to never use it but if you feed your turtle a healthy, varied diet you shouldn't need it.
She's growing like crazy so dusting the crickets is a good idea. She needs all the calcium she can get.
