I have about 4 or so pods of Riccia fluitans for sale, they are 3.5" to 4" in diameter. They're very dense so if you were to pull one apart you could make several (2 to 3) stones that are 2"x 4" in size to lay on your substrate or you could attach them to rocks or driftwood, my shrimp love to hang out and my baby shrimps love to hide in the Riccia.
Also for sale is about 4 packages also of java moss. Each clump is about 3x3 and could also be rooted to rocks or driftwood for landscaping.
