I had him for about 2 years. He came from a lady on CL who caught kids fighting bettas in her neighborhood and took them from the kids and I adopted him.

I'd like to rescue another, I have to get a tank together up here. I'm in northern Ohio and pistachio was with my bf in Raleigh. Tanks up here on CL are waaaay over priced. ~50-70$ for a used 10 gal set up
