What kind of rock do you use??? If you use slate could you send a pic of your tank, especially if it is 20 gallons. But all pics are appreciated. And other rock suggestions are welcome.:)
thank you all:)

To keep from having to shrink the pics (800x600) and to keep those on dialup from having to wait on this thread, mine are on cichlid setups Click the pics for more info on the tank. There's a 20g high that uses flat landscaping rock and a 20g long. Can't remember exactly what the rock is in either.

I have a plant gro light in the 20g long and a stock light in the tall. Although the rockwork in the 20 high and the 2 30s just look like piles, the rocks are staggered and spaced a bit to form tunnels and caves from top to bttom. That is something you could do with the slate.

Hey Jafo, I like the way you stack those pieces of slate. It kind of looks like an underwater cliff. I may have to try that sometime.
Anyway, you can get most rocks at your LFS. Usually they'll be quarinited, but if you don't want to spend the money, get some in your backyard(if possible) and then quarintine them.
