lol it's a full on concrete slab from the ground up.

use a jackhammer. you will wake up with your house on a tilt. it will make walking a little difficult but the fish would have better use of the concrete rocks. arent we on this site for the fish? i thought so.

Interesting! Thank you guys for the replies! I will go to redondo beach See if there will be any rocks that will be a nice add to my tank. Or I could go to Home depot
